3 partners

After spending 15 years in the construction, project management and real estate investment businesses, Alexandre Sterlin created Etyo in 2012. He carries the transversal vision of the company and the strategy of the three activities of the group.

Vincent Rigal joined Etyo in 2015 after nearly 10 years of experience in real estate and construction consulting firms. An expert in real estate strategy and deal structuring, he became a Partner in 2017 and manages all operations conducted by Etyo.

Yann-Cédric Bozec joined Etyo as a Partner in 2017, after nearly 15 years in a major real estate group. He is dedicated to the development of Etyo and the creation of opportunities with its clients and partners.
